Sébastien is French and brings over 20 years of executive search experience, gained through founding and leading two boutique firms: Vaience, based in Silicon Valley, and Ayova, based in Madrid.
He is also the co-founder of Volvemos.org, a platform that facilitates the return of top Spanish talent.
His work has consistently focused on Technology, Telecommunications, and high-growth digital companies. Prior to entering the executive search industry, Sébastien held senior leadership roles at Altran in both France and Spain, and served as a Senior Management Consultant on long-term projects at Orange Spain.
He holds degrees from Toulouse Business School and École Centrale Paris. Trilingual in French, Spanish, and English, Sébastien now leads AIOVA, dedicating his expertise exclusively to Top Management positions within the CIO/CTO practice (including Chief Data, Chief AI, and CISO roles), as well as CRO/CSO positions across the TMT and Consulting sectors.
