At AIOVA, he works as a Principal Recruitment Consultant, specialising in executive and senior specialist search for multinational and high-growth companies in IT (cybersecurity, AI, infra, and data), as well as logistics, retail, and consulting.
He has a proven track record in identifying and attracting top international talent, guiding professionals through career transitions, and aligning search strategies with business goals. He also co-founded Volvemos.org, the leading platform supporting the return of Spanish professionals from abroad, where he helped design and implement the country’s first National Return Plan.
