Originally from Huesca and now based in Madrid, Rosa is a strategic design and research expert with over 15 years of experience across service design, organizational transformation, and human-centred innovation.
With a background in technical engineering in industrial design and a Master’s in User Research from the University of Southern Denmark, she has worked in Berlin, Bogotá, and Barcelona, blending consulting, teaching, and hands-on digital prototyping.
At AIOVA, Rosa leads our internal think lab, dedicated to exploring how AI is reshaping organizations, from roles and workflows to leadership, talent models, and culture, helping our clients anticipate and design for what’s next.
On the candidate side, she helps shape our methodology, positioning, and assessment approach, ensuring they resonate with what the next generation of talent truly values: purpose, transparency, and authentic human connection.
Her influence brings clarity and depth to how we engage with both clients and candidates, always with curiosity, structure, and a user-centric mindset.
